We are hands-on consultants on all things Amazon, and there isn't much about Amazon that we don't know. We have a background in online marketing, FMCG and food and drink.

So why don't we call ourselves experts? The term expert is widely used and, broadly, quite relative. We prefer to view ourselves as having a high level of expertise. In fact, we have been called gurus, also wizards - and inevitably, of course - experts.

It has taken many years to develop our keen expertise on all things Amazon. With experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and selling on aggregator and online platforms, we bring a uniquely insightful approach to what we do.

We're not an agency as such - we don't carry the associated overheads, and keep our pricing both affordable and cost-effective. This enables us to not only be agile but also provide a more personalised and bespoke service, in recognition of the fact that no two businesses are the same.

We work with brands and Amazon sellers of all shapes and sizes, as well as working with select agencies and aggregators. We're able to make recommendations with regards to Fulfilment and business models, and also provide steer and help with fixing problems and making progress.

Launching and optimising products (and brands) on Amazon is a process which we apply in a collaborative way, ensuring all of the Amazon requirements (of which there are many) are met and making sure that all of the right boxes are ticked from the outset.

We are also supporters of the MIND charity, together with being keen advocates of freelancing and a better work-life balance. Our lead consultant Duncan is ex-Moneysupermarket.com, and having held a number of Head of Digital and European roles, has launched products onto Amazon and is also a business mentor with Virgin StartUp. As a consultancy, we view what we do as being partners with integrity. We do not outsource any work overseas and we follow best practice and correct process with every interaction of ours with Amazon. We also keep abreast of the latest practice and compliance with Amazon - this changes frequently and we take the view that last year's good can quickly become this year's average. We are an Amazon Ads Partner and adhere to the latest requirements, as well as innovating and staying as ahead of the curve as possible when it comes to what we do.
